The Juvenile Transition Center, Inc. is a community based organization that offers the highest quality of educational youth programs to Palm Beach County students. The JTC program provides a myriad of strategies to mentor and inspire students toward post-secondary educational pursuit or gainful employment opportunities.

Our extremely diverse administration and staff encompasses a cross-pollination of professionals from the education, business and governmental arenas. Our staff and administration are dedicated to serving the needs of our students in a nurturing yet comprehensive manner.
